今回初監督でDC作品、しかもスーサイド・スクワッドのアニメを担当できることを嬉しく思っています。まだ、どのキャラクターかは言えませんが、私の参加させたいと思っていたヴィランもスーサイドの仲間入りしていますので、その子のこともよろしくお願いします。

I'm a big fan of Harley Quinn and the other characters in the “Suicide Squad” movie! It's an honor for me to be involved in the creation of “Suicide Squad ISEKAI”.
The director Eri Osada's clear vision for Harley's design made the process smoother than expected, and I enjoyed drawing her costume and muscles while imagining her action-packed adventures in the story.
I'm excited to see how the talented animation staff brings “Suicide Squad ISEKAI” to life!
映画の「スーサイド・スクワッド」を最初に観た時からハーレイ・クインが大好きでした。シリーズに出てくる他のキャラクター達もハーレイに負けず劣らすの個性派ばかりでとっても魅力的なので「異世界スーサイド・スクワッド」に携わらせていただき大変光栄です。
ハーレイのデザインは監督のイメージを分かりやすく伝えていただき思ったよりすんなり決まったと思います。今作の彼女の敵や仲間達の設定もユニークで、作中の活躍を想像して衣装や筋肉を楽しく描かせていただきました。
素晴らしいアニメスタッフで作られる「異世界スーサイド・スクワッド」！拝見するのが楽しみです！

Finally announced!! WIT STUDIO transcends beyond Japan and create an anime based on DC characters. It all started when I saw one of our employees' mug with DC characters and I asked him ‘Do you like DC?’
We went to Warner Bros.' head quarter in US and now have full support from them and DC. I hope this will become the opportunity for DC characters to expand even further in Japan.

ついに発表！ WIT STUDIOが、日本を飛び出してDCキャラクターをアニメ化です。きっかけは、社員のマグカップ。DCキャラクターが描かれているのを見て、「好きなの？」って聞いたことが始まりでした。
ワーナー・ブラザースのアメリカ本社も行き、原作元の全面バックアップ体制で制作する本作。日本でDCキャラクターが、更に広がるきっかけになれると嬉しいです。

I am very happy to be working as a director on this all new anime series based an DC's Suicide Squad characters. I can't tell you which character yet, but the villain I wanted to have appears in this Suicide Squad ISEKAI, and I hope you will enjoy it too.
